Keeping It Simple and Stress Free  
This is a powerful bi-monthly workshop designed to give you tools to release stresses    of everyday life.   Meditation and breath work as well other techniques will be learned.
Every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month  6pm - 8:30  - $20

Becky DiNolfi heads up this circle for gratitude and healing on the summer solstice.  We will still be in the full moon energies of the 18th, a time to release and purge things in our life that no longer serve us.  The circle will be held in the medicine wheel which represents harmony and balance both within and with Mother Earth and all the life she provides home to.  The direction of the summer is the south and its color is red.  It speaks of the qualities of faith , trust and humility.  Summer is a time of growth during youth.  We have planted our seeds in spring, now it is time for them to bloom and grow.
An affirmation for the south:  I am connected to a spiritual power greater than myself.  I release all fear.  As I heal myself I allow love to reside where there was once fear.  I live in harmony with Mother Earth and all her life as I walk the good red road.  AHO
